Summer Fun!

Yet again I find myself trying to catch up with this blog of mine. Our summer has been so busy. We have been running from one thing to the next and loving every minute of it.
To start out Will and Jake have been working on a project together. Dad gave them a remote control airplane and they spend several evenings putting it together. They then were in the process of learning to fly it.

Our first flight we went to the park with Grandpa Allen and Grandma Maryann.

Levi's attention in the plane didnt last too long.

Next time around we took Grandpa Dan and Grandma Anita.

We got it airborne til it started for the trees and Will made a fast landing.
It is now out of commission while waiting to be fixed......

Our whole month of July was spent with Wills family. Dani and Dusty got married so Will and I and Val and Perry headed to Pokey and then on to Salt Lake with Dusty, Dani, Sam, and Tricha for a weekend. We spend a day in Lagoon and then attended their sealing in the Bountiful Temple. It was a great experience and we were very glad to be a part of it.

Love these girls!

On the way to the temple!

The next weekend they had their reception in Boise. Val and I made the cake so we were baking away. It turned out beautiful!

And Claire and Cache thought it was great!

Green Clan- July 2011

We were glad to have more time with the Greens, including Al and Ken who came up from New Mexico.

Will and I often talk about how blessed we are that our family has grown to include Dani and now Dusty. They are wonderful examples to our kids and I know that all three of them are crazy about Aunt Dani and Uncle Dusty!

This summer we also went out to Emmett to see Joe and Becky and go to the Emmett Cruize night. The kids had a blast playing with their cousins and seeing all the cool cars!

Love this face. Claire thought it was great having someone take lots of pictures of her. She made funny faces at me for quite a while.

Fox took Aunt Tricha for a ride!

We finished up the night with Smores and a movie on the ride home. The kids had a great time!

As our summer is closing we are facing lots of new things for our family. As of last week I am a full time student at Boise State. It is quite different having me out of the house 2 days a week. Tomorrow will be Ems first day at school (for the whole day) which is going to be another big change. Jake will also be going to a co-op preschool on Mondays and Wednesdays starting in a couple weeks, so our family is going to be going all directions..... but we have had a great time just spending time together this summer.
