It was suppose to be raining all week but we found that after nine or ten the weather cleared up a bit and we could head down to the beach without getting soaked.
Emilee and Jake spent a lot of time talking about building sand castles before we left so I was glad that they had a few chances to play in the sand.
Jakes favorite place to be was on the rocks so the waves wouldn't get him. He was not too sure about them coming closer and closer. By the end of the week he was a little more comfortable with them but he still kept an eye on them.
Will and Emilee decided to walk down the beach but Jake wasn't to keen on the idea so we stayed behind and made a turtle in the sand.
After spending some time at the ocean we headed back in to Tillamook to check out the Blue Heron Cheese Company. They had a little petting zoo that the kids had a great time at.
Will really liked feeding the emu. It was crazy to watch cause it would just peck at his hand so fast.
